All Time4Printing printed products come with a 30-day from receipt money-back guarantee that all of your products will be printed as you specified.  If there are any problems please call Time4 at 207.892.3313 or by email at support@time4printing.com within the 30 day window after receiving your product.

If it is determined by us that the original product must be returned to us to processes a credit,  you must ship the product to us within 10 days of our notification to you in a traceable insured manner; return shipping charges are not included.  Your choices on design, finish, folding options and paper weight are decided prior to printing and are not covered in our satisfaction guarantee unless the product is printed contrary to your specifications.
