A.I. Artwork Policy

All AI supplied files are subject to review of feasibility for the project requested. We will provide feedback in 24 to 48 hours if there is an issue and suggest possible alternative solutions.

A.I. artwork is not always scalable. Scalability is dependent on the size provided, resolution, and print size needed. If you have the ability, it’s always easier to prompt AI with specific size needed so your files do not end up with pixelation or distortion. 

All A.I. artwork is raster, limiting it’s usability for many products. Vectorization is required for all wide format printing, apparel, vinyl graphics, promotional products, etc. The vectorization service offers a re-creation of your artwork as-is. 

We will do our best to match all aspects of your design but please know gradients, fonts, textures, shading, and colors may not be the same. 

Colors will be converted from RGB to CMYK. This conversion cannot be guaranteed to print the same as you see on your screen. Color management is dependent on file type. If you do have a specific color(s) you are looking to hit, please request a pre-production sample. A pre-production sample is not offered for certain products and/or print processes.

If you would like additional changes made to artwork post-vectorization, these will be subject to feasibility and addressed/priced on a case-by-case basis. For this reason, we encourage you to be as specific as possible with your prompts, so we are vectorizing a file you are happy with and does not need additional edits. 

Please let us know if there are details of the image you would like to see incorporated into a final design (i.e. if there is a bird perching on a branch that needs to be a specific bird, please tell us what that bird is). These details/requests will be reviewed by our designer on a case-by-case basis.

Images created using AI are not exempt from copyright infringement. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that any file you submit for printing does not infringe on any copyrights. By submitting a file for printing, you release and hold harmless the printer from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from copyright infringement or any other legal issues related to the content of the submitted images or artwork.
